1. Introduction

Welcome to Agoni Musei Car Rentals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.agonimusei.com) and our car rental services in Singapore.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other agreements and policies referenced herein.
• "Agoni Musei Car Rentals," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Agoni Musei Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.
• "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity that rents a vehicle from us or uses our website.
• "Rental Agreement" refers to the specific contract for each rental transaction.
• "Vehicle" refers to the car, SUV, or minivan that is rented to you.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license (international or Singapore) for at least one year
• Provide a valid credit card in your name
• Meet our insurance requirements

Additional requirements or restrictions may apply depending on the type of vehicle you wish to rent.

4. Rental Process

4.1 Reservations

Vehicle reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our rental locations. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

4.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed-upon pickup time and continues until the vehicle is returned to us. The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

4.3 Vehicle Pickup

At the time of pickup, you must present:

• A valid driver's license
• The credit card used for the reservation
• A valid form of identification (passport or ID card)

We will provide you with a vehicle inspection report at pickup. Please inspect the vehicle carefully and note any existing damage.

4.4 Vehicle Return

You must return the vehicle to the designated return location at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Rental Charges

Rental charges include the base rental rate plus any additional services or equipment you select. Prices are in Singapore Dollars and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle category and rental duration.

5.3 Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Late returns
• Additional drivers
• Fuel refilling (if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level)
• Cleaning fees (for excessive dirtiness)
• Traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during your rental
• Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear

5.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments are not accepted.

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1 Vehicle Use

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Not drive the vehicle outside of Singapore
• Not use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or teaching someone to drive
• Not use the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to drive
• Not transport hazardous materials or use the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior written consent

6.2 Care of the Vehicle

You are responsible for:

• Locking the vehicle when not in use
• Regularly checking oil, water, and tire pressure
• Reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Using the correct type of fuel

6.3 Accidents and Damage

In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, you must:

• Notify us immediately
• Obtain the names, addresses, and contact information of all parties involved and any witnesses
• Notify the police if required by law or if there are injuries
• Not admit fault or liability
• Provide us with a complete accident report

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Basic Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Details of the coverage will be provided in your Rental Agreement.

7.2 Optional Coverage

Additional insurance options are available for purchase to reduce your liability in case of damage or theft.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Personal items left in the vehicle
• Technical failures or mechanical problems that occur during your rental, except where caused by our negligence

8. Cancellations and Modifications

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8.2 Modifications

You may modify your reservation subject to vehicle availability and any applicable rate changes. Modifications should be requested as soon as possible.

9. Termination

We may terminate your rental and repossess the vehicle without notice if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement
• You provided false information during the rental process
• The vehicle is being used in violation of law
• The vehicle is being subjected to risk of damage or harm

10. Website Use

10.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10.3 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the date stated. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
